We are a non-profit organisation providing specialist fitness training for people with mental health problems.
Working with the NHS, our one-to-one and small group sessions are guided by an expert personal trainer. We provide exercise with empathy, giving a helping hand towards better mental health.
Exercise helps to:

• Manage stress and anxiety
• Boost fitness and self-esteem
• Improve sleep and cognitive function
