Welcome to FitMind

We are a non-profit organisation providing specialist fitness training for people with mental health problems.

Working with the NHS and private clients, our one-to-one and small group sessions are guided by an expert personal trainer.

Based in London, we provide exercise with empathy and social connection, giving a helping hand towards better mental and physical health.

FitMind do incredible work. Their holistic approach combines fitness with mental wellbeing, making a real difference for those dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, and more.

The personalised programmes are supportive, energising and build long-term healthy habits, for physical and mental health. Thank you for the amazing work you do.

Our charitable work is funded by grants and donations. With this support, we are able to work with a select number of referrals free of charge.

We are also available for private sessions, corporate workshops and commercial partnerships.
