Welcome to FitMind

We are a non-profit organisation providing specialist fitness training for people with mental health problems.

Working with the NHS, our one-to-one and small group sessions are guided by an expert personal trainer. We provide exercise with empathy and social connection, giving a helping hand towards better mental and physical health.

Exercise helps to:

• Reduce depression

• Manage stress and anxiety

• Boost wellbeing and self-esteem

• Improve sleep and cognitive function

As a non-profit organisation, we rely on charitable grants and donations to provide our service free of charge to the people who need it most.
