He said: “I have used anti-depressants, cognitive behavioural therapy and counselling. While there is a place for all of these, for me the best medicine has always been exercise.”
As a master personal trainer with more than a decade’s experience, Matt set-up FitMind to provide expert exercise sessions for the people who need them most. Matt is also a a former freestyle football athlete and world record holder.
Based in London, FitMind has helped hundreds of people boost their mental health through fitness, all on a non-profit basis.
