Founder and head coach Matt Wolstenholme (pictured) struggled with depression for years.
He said: “I have used anti-depressants, cognitive behavioural therapy and counselling. While there is a place for all of these, for me the best medicine has always been exercise.
“I started FitMind to help other people through exercise, the same way it has always helped me.”
Matt is a Master Personal Trainer with more than a decade’s experience and currently works with mental health patients at Cygnet Hospital Harrow. He is also a trainee counsellor.
He leads the FitMind team of directors, who are all dedicated to helping people with mental health problems.
