Our story


Founder and head coach Matt Wolstenholme (pictured) struggled with depression for years.


He said: “I have used anti-depressants, cognitive behavioural therapy and counselling. While there is a place for all of these, for me the best medicine has always been exercise.”

 

Based in London, FitMind has helped hundreds of people boost their mental health through exercise, all on a non-profit basis.

 

Matt is a Master Personal Trainer with more than a decade’s experience and currently works with mental health patients at Cygnet Hospital Harrow.
